Mindfulness & Self-Awareness Retreats

We offer one-day workshops and multiple-day, residential retreats, focusing on deepening awareness of self and others and enhancing your emotional intelligence as a leader. By combining powerful tools such as the Enneagram, mindfulness meditation and other reflective practices, one-on-one and group-coaching, we offer a safe place for deep self-exploration and transformation. We focus on the following benefits for our retreats:

·      Increase in self-awareness

·      Skillful observation of reactive and habitual patterns

·      Greater sense of self-regulation, emotional wellbeing & stress relief

·      Development of self-acceptance and self-compassion

As with all our offerings, you’ll leave with powerful insights, new experiences, and a practical set of tools for learning and growth you can continue to use at work and in your personal life.

Mindfulness meditation is the intentional practice of our attention that supports living in the present moment with clarity, insight, wisdom and compassion. It allows us to get to know our mind and observe our patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. In that way, mindfulness meditation is also a self-regulation technique, which - with ongoing practice and increasing awareness - can help us interrupt patterns and allow for more intentional responding.

“True leadership is about feeling and sensing what’s being called for in the moment.” – Jon Kabat-Zinn @ Wisdom 2.0, Feb. 2018
