In working one-on-one, partnering with you in a thought-provoking and creative process, we help our coaching clients not just achieve business results, but also feel more personally fulfilled and become the leaders they want to be. We love to work with ambitious leaders in fast-paced environments who are curious and willing to do some deep discovery about who they are and who they want to become as a leader.

Coaching programs will be customized based on your particular needs and preferences. We spend time upfront to understand the specific leadership challenges and desired outcomes of the coaching. We may gather 360-degree feedback and use other diagnostic and personality assessments. Based on this input, we then design a tailored growth plan to help you develop the desired leadership behaviors and mindset-shifts. Over the course of several months, the regular coaching sessions help sustain your practice, create accountability, and support you in achieving sustained growth and transformation.

Our approach is built on research-based knowledge and practical models in psychology, business and organizational effectiveness, including cutting-edge neuroscience and mindfulness.

Team Coaching

Taking regular thinking and reflective time as a team is even more challenging than doing it individually, yet it is a core practice of high-performing leaders and teams. Until recently, many leaders equated team development with “doing off-sites”, while over-focusing on “team building” or “training” and missing the power of a more holistic and systemic approach.

Our team coaching engagements are partnerships over time that often integrate an initial assessment and diagnostic phase, with structured facilitation and workshops, evolving team coaching sessions, team observations, and one-on-one coaching for the team leader and select team members, if needed. At the core, our work with teams helps them develop specific “teaming skills” that help the team work, relate and learn better together.

In working with teams, we bring together the latest research and frameworks on team effectiveness with practical support and encouragement to enable teams to have the conversations they need to have. We help create the right team and coaching environment, the appropriate mental and emotional states, to address issues the team has avoided or not yet prioritized.
